Tilda did not build Tilz Spa because it was fashionable. She built it because she saw a gap — a city full of ambitious, discerning women and men who deserved a space that truly understood them. Not a noisy beauty shop. Not an impersonal chain. A sanctuary.
She spent months studying the craft, the space, and the experience before opening a single door. Every product was chosen deliberately. Every detail of the treatment room was considered. The music, the lighting, the temperature, the welcome — all of it designed to communicate one thing: you are in the right place.

Tilz Spa opened in Wuse 2, Abuja in April 2026 with three core services: Luxury Bathing Rituals, Medical-Grade Pedicures, and Signature Spa Treatments. The sauna suite and barbing suite followed shortly after.
The vision is not to be the biggest spa in Abuja. It is to be the most trusted. The one clients return to not because they have to, but because nothing else quite compares.
